Established
in 1999 as Reynard Intermodal Engineering Ltd, supplying ISO
Corner Fittings and specialist twistlocks to the container
and chassis building industry.
After
the successful launch of the Self Locking Twistlock in 1995
(Runner-up Design Product of The Year UK Manufacturing Achievement
Awards), initially marketed as a Duraloc, it was decided to
change the name to Duraloc Ltd.
The company
has developed a wide range of specialist container components
and chassis twistlocks, many of which are specified by major
international users. In recent years the company has developed
a range of locking devices for military applications in which
field we are currently world leader.
